a Frankie first

So we had our bi-annual trip to the dentist on Sat. It is usually quite an ordeal. The boys and I all get our teeth cleaned.

Typically it is only us in the office!

Since Frankie is 3, it was finally his turn to get up in the "big" chair with the "light".

He was so excited, talking about it all week long.

As you can see- he was super excited and jumped right up in the chair...

Once the "light" came on, it was another story! Check out his face and pout lip...the tears almost started flowing. The hygienist was quick to pull out the "cool" shades...

The shades seemed to do the trick as Dr. T had no problem getting in there and checking his teeth out!

I forget how entertaining these type of "firsts" can be!

By the way NONE of us had any cavities!!!! Yipee!!!

We celebrated by going to the 1/2 off book store and picking up a few books for the boys! I am hoping we can get Avery a little more excited about reading (more on that another day)!
